I was contacted by phone within 48 hours of applying to interview for this role. I interviewed via zoom and the interviewer seemed unprepared. Asked a handful of "technical" questions for which they did not seem to understand. I did not have faith that my skills or technical background were properly assessed, or that they were really interested in getting to know my experience. It think it was a buzzword checkbox exercise.
