Wittybee Technologies interview questions

The company has a very weird selection process. Its starts with a totally irrelavant programming tests which are designed to hire engineers for building out the next generation space launch vehicles, but in reality are going to be utilised to develop some cheap website. This is followed by a personal interview where rather than finding out what you know, the CEO tries to impress upon you about what he knows. Overall the interview process is totally archaic and painfully slow.
