I’ve applied through a job seeking web site, I was contacted by HR manager, made phone/video interviews, was asked to produce a 30 minute presentation about their solution, had to go for a 3rd phase process interview and present to 3 people and followed by interview with more 4 people. More than 2 hours at this final phase.

Interview
I had to prepare a presentation which helped a lot.
Very friendly environment for an interview.
First part was in Danish and the rest was in English. I guess they had to test my Danish skills.
In the interview I was asked all the "classic" questions but also many technical SEO and PPC questions.
