Interviewed with manager and then met with sales team. They were very enthusiastic, but it wasn't hard to see that this was not an opportunity I was interested in. Basically, the position involves selling things on the street.

The interviewer wanted to see if I was personable and enthusiastic, which I was. The only difficult question I remember was what was my biggest weakness, which is a typical question. They made it seem like there was a lot of room for growth in the company, but in reality there is only one track to follow.

Didn't tell me the job was to sell cosmetic gift bags from business to business until the 2nd interview. Guarantee you $400 per week but you work 8am-6pm mon-fri. Have to drive to different areas and solicit door-to-door.
