Windsor Capital Group interview questions

There was no HR manager at the time so I spoke directly with the head of my department after applying online and calling him once I moved to the area. He hired me on the spot and I started a few days later. No drug test, no background check, etc. The process may be different now that they have an HR manager.

The position was posted several times over the course of several months. I was recruited. I interviewed with two separate people from WCG, to whom I believed I would be reporting, but the structure was never really laid out very clearly to me as a candidate. After two interviews, they didn't even have the courtesy to let me know I was no longer a candidate...It's not as though I had applied and expected to hear from them unwarranted - I had two interviews. I guess I lucked out. I'm not sure I could work for a company that seems to lack communication.
