I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Whitespectre in Jul 2022
The entire process took about a month, and had 5 steps: 1 - A conversation with HR 2 - A technical challenge 3 - First technical conversation 4 - Second technical conversation 5 - Conversation with the CEO The conversation with HR was very nice, I was introduced to what was expected of the position and some of the company's values and missions. The technical conversations were a little more detailed and in-depth, we talked about why I made some decisions in the practical test for example. Finally, the conversation with the CEO was very pleasant, I was able to introduce myself a little more and we talked about some technical things, like System Design.
- - Have you ever worked with scrum? - Questions about pass by reference x pass by value and other javascript fundamentals - Questions about my testing approach - Pros and Cons of React Native

Initial profiling by HR about why I like whitespectre and what are my values Round 1 => Asked me to build a carousel with some specific requirements I finished it but not with in the timeframe Got rejected in Round 1
- Requirements: build a carousel. by default display 4 blocks at once. navigation is made with next and previous buttons. Next button should be disabled, if user is at the very end of the carousel. Previous button should be disabled, if user is at the very beginning of carousel. Clicking on next/previous buttons shows next/prev 4 carousel blocks accordingly. The source of carousel block is endpoint on server that return following JSON: [{ title: "First Block", images: [url1, url2, url3] }, { title: "Second Block", images: [url7, url8] } ,...] Display a random image for each block from the set of images.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Whitespectre in Nov 2021
Short set of 3 interviews, one with HR, a technical one with a TL, and a final one with the CEO (which was also a bit technical). There was a short exercise, which doesn't take more than a few hours to finish, with lots of time to solve. Overall very pleasant interviews, relaxed even if there were some technical questions I couldn't answer perfectly, or even at all. Very smooth process, responses between interviews was very quick, and overall it took around 2/3 weeks up until an offer was made. The interviewers were really nice and always allowed asking any question/issue without a problem.
- Experience with Agile development? Some questions regarding JS and Web development in general: What is CORS / Difference between let-var-const (and hoisting) / Explain briefly what happens when we enter some URL on the browser, up until a response shows up / etc.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whitespectre (Barcelona) in Oct 2021
The process has taken place in several phases. First, a presentation with the head of HR, where I explained my experience and they told me in a summarized way how and what whitespectre worked on, without much detail due to confidentiality. After that, I had to do a little code test that took me no more than a couple of days, and that I found fun to do. My test was accepted and after that I had a more technical interview with the CTO, where my response capacity and my more theoretical knowledge were put to the test. Once these phases were over, I had a final interview with the CEO. It was a conversation to get to know each other and for him to explain his vision and I to mine. It was a good, relaxed and productive conversation. Once all the interviews had been carried out, they made me an offer that I could not refuse, and without hesitation I accepted.
- Apart from the code test and my work experience, in the technical interview they asked me theoretical questions about JS, React and Typescript.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Whitespectre in Sept 2021
The process consisted of 3 interviews and an exercise. It was a very fast process and I was kept in touch throughout all the stages. My overall experience was very positive, the 3 interviews were very pleasant and everything they told me about the company and the position was 100% true!
- The questions vary according to each stage of the interview, focusing mainly on the candidate's experience and interests.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Whitespectre in Jul 2021
The process was very fruitful right from the very first interview with HR. First I had an interview with the Human Resources Lead; then with a Senior Product Manager; then with the UX Lead and finally two interviews with CPO. All the interviewers were very skilled and experienced in each of their fields, something that was evident by the quality and specificity of their questions. At the same time, none of them were following a preconceived questionnaire, but they were rather building meaningful conversation. Everyone was really interested in understanding my reasoning processes behind past experiences, as well as how I would react under future scenarios.
- The most interesting one was more than just a question. It was a written assignment in which I had to respond what I would recommend to 2 different clients that were planning the development of their product.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whitespectre in May 2021
The interview was great, with every step being meaningful and the interviewers were caring. The entire process consisted of 4 meetings, over the course of 2 weeks, since it depended on my schedule and theirs. It all went very swiftly.
- The questions ranged from easy to hard, but it's ok if you're not able to answer some of them. They're just measuring your skill. Http methods, long polling, error handling
