3 stage interview. 1st was a 30 minute phone call with the Cluster Manager - basically just a chit chat about your cv etc. 2nd was an in person interview with the same person followed by a floor walk of the store - more in depth questions but very chill and easy going 3rd was a video call with the Regional Manager - again even more in depth questions really getting down to whether you'd be a good fit. The questions were more worded like a conversation unlike some employers where it feels like an interrogation
