Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust interview questions

Intense, quick fire, 3 minutes stations with one question each, 10 stations. Paramedic, management, equality and diversity employees did the interviewing. Also provided different stations to ask questions about the service whilst waiting for interview.

10 Rooms, 10 different questions, 5 minutes in each room, didn’t feel as though you could shine your full potential to 10 different people in 5 minutes, it was tough, not like any normal interview
