Phone Screen, then video. Clunky and non-responsive, I had to initiate everything, and then they ghosted me. I finally, after weeks of follow-up asking for updates, received a templated email with a turn-down.

Question 1
I was unaware that my video interview would be an ambush - not one but two senior leaders in different roles followed a very clinical script using the old and worn-out STAR method of questions. The STAR method is approximately 50 years old, having been introduced in 1974 by Development Dimensions International (DDI). It is rooted in behavioral interviewing techniques that were developed in the 1970s. Haven't we progressed past this?
