Interview
Applied online and then put into the interview loop. Too long of a loop for an individual contributor role at sub-50 person company. Spoke with HR, then two interviews with sales leadership, then a panel round. Keep in mind that anyone you connect with on the panel round will consider you competition and not a potential colleague. Very cliquey vibe. Competition is catching up quickly and sales doesn't know how to pivot.

Question 1
Tell me a time when you had to... Describe how you handled a situation... Basic behavioral, situational canned question/canned response drivel that companies use when they really don't want truly get to know a candidate.
Interview went fine, although it seemed to be long for an introductory interview (almost 2 hours) just for nobody to get back to me. I had to reach out to my contact and she said "oh yeah, looks like they went in a different direction."

Interview
Was contacted and had a really lovely initial interview. I was told that the _ would schedule me onto a _ 's calendar for the next interview. However, no one ever got back to me. I had to reach out via LinkedIn multiple times to confirm that I'd be sent the _ calendar link, and when that failed to appear, contacted the _ again only to find out they'd moved forward with other candidates.
