The interview process involved multiple stages, including an aptitude test, technical and coding rounds, and an HR discussion. Everything went smoothly, and I cleared all rounds. However, the final offer was significantly lower (around 20%) than what was discussed at the beginning, which was disappointing. During the technical interview, the interviewer seemed unsure and asked questions that didn’t align with the job description. It gave the impression that the role expectations weren’t clearly defined. Overall, the process lacked transparency, and I felt the communication could have been more respectful of the candidate's time and expectations.
