Interview
The process involved a lengthy assignment before the initial interview and two follow up interviews.
The first interview alone featured over 25 questions in 1 hour. The second interview was highly impersonal and partially strucutred as a quiz.

8. What do you think the biggest problem in the EU is right now? What campaign would you run to target it?
9. Would you work with the far-right?
10.How would I work with an EU parliament and commission which is more far-right?
11. Tell us about a campaign you love and the tactics it used.
12. What is your experience with running social media ads?
13. What was your engagement funnel for people who engaged with your ads?
14. What is your best and worst experience of being managed?
15. Tell us about a time you dealt with work conflict, what additional challenges do you think being remote creates?

It was a mixture of practical tasks, spread through quite a long period, actually. Not only campaign focused, but also quite a lot about European politics and different civil society actors, and your connections to them.

A one-hour long, difficult, skills-based exercise, followed by a one-hour long interview, and a second in-person (extraordinary situation as the interviewing team was in my city for an event) interview for the final candidate.
