I applied online. I interviewed at Wayfair (Lutterworth, England) in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview is very long, 1st is a screening by recruitment, 2nd interview with hiring manager, 3rd with member of the team, 4th stakeholder and final one with stakeholder. On top of that they took over 2 weeks to make a decision. Interviews arranged at wrong times and seemed to jump to conclusions that it was candidates fault. No number to call the recruitment team.
The interview process involved speaking with multiple members of the team virtually. After a phone interview with the recruiter, there’s an interview with the hiring manager, followed by four additional rounds of interviews, including the assignment of a project where you’re asked to analyze a data set of employee survey results and identify trends, make recommendations, etc. The project is open ended and extremely time consuming to complete.

Question 1
The interview questions are pulled from a “bank” of questions based on their people pillars. Each question is a behavior based question.

Interview
Applied once, received outreach from Recruiter asking for my availability, to which I replied promptly. No response back.
Applied a second time, outreach from same Recruiter. Scheduled a phonescreen for a Wednesday at 11:00AM- 11:45AM rolls around and he finally calls, talks a mile a minute for 10 minutes and says he'd like to move me to the next phase of the interview. He advised he'd send me an email *within the hour* for my availability. Never got an email and it's two weeks later. Recruiting-- yikes.
