A week after applying, I checked in and was invited for a phone screening. This call was about 15 minutes with the recruiter and just asked some basic questions as well as some more job specific behavioral questions. One week later I was then asked to do a phone interview which was 30 minutes with the head of the product development team. More of the same questions and some questions about my personal design taste. I then was given a case study where I had to create an event and analyze data before my in person interview a week later. When I arrived to my interview (3 30 minute interviews back to back with team members and different managers) everyone was late. It was also clear no one had even looked at my case study (took me over 3 days to complete) so they did not even ask questions about it. The interviewers were very condescending, especially in the fit interview. The worst part though was when I left I was told I would get an email either way (offer or no offer) and followed up twice and got a response saying the team was still deliberating. It has been 7 weeks since I interviewed and still nothing. They also told me they were in a huge rush to hire someone. This was not a positive experience, but was a learning experience. Overall the process was poorly handled and very unprofessional.
