Applied online. Had a very positive 30 minute interview with a Recruiter a few days after. In person interview with HR Manager was scheduled for 2 business days later. Interview with HR Manager was lackluster. I got the feeling that he either wasn't interested in me and was annoyed the Recruiter had scheduled me to interview or that he was really distracted. He seemed disinterested. I thought the interview was pretty standard for an HR role. I left feeling uncertain about where I stood. He never described it as a great place to work but instead used words like "interesting". Company seemed like they might prefer a millennial over someone more seasoned. Got my "thanks but no thanks" email from the Recruiter about 3 days later.
