Extremely relaxed. Manager asked basic hospitality questions and questions regarding store performance and key performance indicators. It is good to be well prepared for questions regarding past job experiences and performance.

Interview
I had a great conversation with the store manager. It lasted about 25 minutes and we discussed my values and the requirements of the position. It was extremely smooth and I enjoyed the conversation. She was kind and easy to talk to. We met at a Starbucks so it was somewhat informal but it set the appropriate tone for the type of work relationship we would have.
