What regulations govern pay actions? What system is used for reserving seats at military schools? What is the unit's mission? What units make up the MSC? It is 1400 on a Friday and your Training NCO is out on leave. You receive a call from your Operations NCO that he needs the operation order for upcoming training as soon as possible.
