For a role in Talent Acquistion, the recruiters ghost and create a poor candidate experience. This role I was sourced via LinkedIn had a great convo with the recruiter and then they went radio silent. Seems like TA would create the appropriate candidate experience with everyone if they're trying to convince people to move to Bentonville. Makes you wonder the value of an employee when you're on the inside.
