I didn't get an interview was hired on spot, literally just walked in asked if they were hiring manager told me to submit application and I did then boom got the job

The fully online interview consisted primarily of behavioral questions focused on past experiences and situational responses. Overall, the process was smooth, efficient, clearly organized, and very easy to complete from start to finish without any issues.
