Interview
Came to glassdoor.com to see which jobs paid well for entry positions. Saw Walmart did, applied online at Walmart.com. About 3 days later got an call to come for an interview. All questions asked were in the format of
tell me about a time you had a problem,difficulties,deadlines,group project....and what were they, what steps did you take to solve them....and what was the final outcome. Than there was a panel interview basically asked the same questions in a different context. About 5 or 6 days later was asked to come in for a third interview, which consisted of the job offer and drug test basically.

Name A time you had a problem with a customer? What was the problem? How did you reslove the problem? What was the final outcome?
The interview process was straightforward and simple. I have yet to experience on boarding, but will update when completed.
Anxious to see what the starting rate is.
I am supposed to receive an email tomorrow about next steps.
Was quick and easy! Showed up for hiring event and got hired on the spot! And started working like a week later. Been a good company so far. Spoke with Kiera. She is very nice and understanding.
Very simple, in person one-on-one with a manager. Told me about Walmart and the role and asked if I was interested. Little to no questions and was over quite fast.
