First call is with a recruiter to go over the job and pay, then with the hiring manager and last with a panel. The whole process was very slow and not a tone of communication.

Question 1
How are you with managing directly and cross functionally?
It was a 3-step process, one phone screen, followed by a zoom call with the department manager, and finally an in-person with a panel of team members. I was ghosted after the 2nd interview with no reason why or follow-up email to tell me I didn't move on.
