Interview
I had a phone screen with a recruiter before scheduling the video interview with 2 managers at the company. The interview was only a half hour so coming in strong with my elevator speech helped me a lot. The interview questions were standard but the short time slot highlights how prepared you are or are not. The recruiter did send me a list of questions so it was easy for me to prepare but the practice is definitely what made the difference.

I was interviewing for a category management type position so there was a question about item assortment. We used the example of work out equipment.
Three rounds of interviews - first by recruiter in house; second by the hiring manager and third was panel interview by team members and other leaders. It took almost 3 weeks to finish all the interview process.
