I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Woodstock, ON) in May 2015
Interview
Applied online, waited 2 weeks, did a phone interview, next day did a group interview, 2 days later had a job offer meeting.
The group interview was with 3 other potential hires and 3 managers. We had to introduce the person next to us. Then we had to sell a product of our choice. Then did a "speed type" panel of 90 second questions.
Interview was pretty easy and straightforward. The starting pay was too low and I declined. Big company but pays low wages to employees not worth it. A lot of turn over it seems
It was easy and interviewer was friendly. I answered all the questions and got the job offer. It’s all about customer satisfaction and customer experience. Customer is centre of attraction here.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2023
Interview
Mainly asks about availability and not questions. In my experience it wasn’t hard to get in but I also was recommended so that may have helped me. And there’s nothing else to tell
