It was not good. BI questions were boring and predictable. Too many people in an interview and too many interviews. They didn’t seem to know about the company benefits. Need to revamp.

Recruiter does an initial screening. Determines your eligibility to move forward. Follow up phone. call shortly after to arrange a next day interview. Recruiter sets up call after discussing with hiring manager.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview was a casual Zoom call, very relaxed and straightforward. There was no follow-up afterward, so the process felt brief and left me unsure about next steps or feedback despite asking.
