Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.

Very easy, experience oriented. Used a lot of situational questions. Took only about 5 minutes. Only down fall was I was not able to interview over the phone. I was moving states and had to wait until I moved.

Tell me about a time you worked with a difficult customer.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
