Not much to it.....It was though they were desperate to hire anyone due to the ungodly turnover rate. And after having worked for only 1-2 months and the way people are treated, I can see I may have been right.

Question 1
Seems as though they were concerned more about asking if I planned to stay vs my abilities and character.
The interview process was straightforward and simple. I have yet to experience on boarding, but will update when completed.
Anxious to see what the starting rate is.
I am supposed to receive an email tomorrow about next steps.
Was quick and easy! Showed up for hiring event and got hired on the spot! And started working like a week later. Been a good company so far. Spoke with Kiera. She is very nice and understanding.
Did not have an actual interview; I just called customer service and asked to be transferred to the hiring manager. She then proceeded to schedule a day for me to go in person. That day the hiring managerjust gave me a schedule and what day i would start
