Long and tedious! I am still waiting for someone to call and tell me when to come in for orientation! When I arrived for the interview there were multiple applicants and all had been waiting for hours!!! I had to wait for over an hour! Now I took the drug test and guess what? Waiting for days!!!!!!

Automated video interview, answer questions with a prompt. The questions are all basic questions that would typically be asked in a hiring recruiter screen. Didn’t seem very difficult and was very straight forward to complete.
It was pretty standard for the industry. I was asked about my prior experience, current goals, and opportunity for upward mobility at the specific store and at the broader organization.
