The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart (Martinsburg, WV) in Mar 2010
Interview
Well, I went into Walmart, I was an hour late to the interview because I honestly got the times confused. They didn't seem TOO upset, though I don't think they believed me. Then, I had two ladies come back to the orientation room and sit at a table and ask me many questions. I had no prior experience, so I talked most of personal experience. The questions are normal ones for an interview. Ones you can practice online by searching "Interview Questions" on yahoo. Just pick out a few job/personal experiences where you came into contact with a conflict or did a great job and you should be fine. Give direct eye contact. After the interview, I signed a job offer then filled in my infromation on a computer.

Question 1
When was one time you didn't do something because you thought it was wrong, and it turned out good? (Not exact wording, but whatever)
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Albuquerque, NM) in Feb 2023
Interview
Easy, they were mainly concerned about my schedule and if it was flexible enough to cover the shifts they needed. It was straight forward and transparent . Any one could do it
If you get called for an interview, you can pretty much guarantee that you have the job unless you fail the drug test or are a complete idiot. The questions they ask are very easy. Nowadays expect to be employed as a Temp. A few months down the road, based upon your work ethic, you can expect to be hired on as part-time.

I don’t understand this question. I really don’t know what to say. I’m sorry. If this means I have to describe an interview I don’t remember. All I know is the interview was an easy process. I had a great time with the interviewer.
