1 phone and then 1 video interview with 2 people. The interview process and length itself was good but after 2 rounds I was ghosted by a recruiter and was sent an auto rejection email with no feedback. Not how the candidate experience should go

Tell me about a time you had to give feedback that was hard to give
Recruiter call, then 2-3 rounds of interview. This includes manager and VP rounds. Sometimes the response time is very slow and the process might take sometime until you land the offer.
Good interview. Easy process. Mostly standard behavioral interview type questions. Did not have a large panel interview, but meet individually with multiple people. I wouldn't say it was a high pressure environment, more laid back than I had expected.
