It was exhausting, the interviewer was pretty rude and asked a lot of questions that did not seem pertinent to working there. The store was dirty and seemed unprofessional. I would not recommend.

Automated video interview, answer questions with a prompt. The questions are all basic questions that would typically be asked in a hiring recruiter screen. Didn’t seem very difficult and was very straight forward to complete.
It was pretty standard for the industry. I was asked about my prior experience, current goals, and opportunity for upward mobility at the specific store and at the broader organization.
