I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Plainfield, IN) in Mar 2019
Interview
Interview was through Zoom with the Assistant General Manager of the fulfillment center that I worked in. We were 10 hours drive from each other, so they thought this would be the quickest and easiest.

I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Houston, TX)
Interview
It'll be up to 3 managers, with each manager asking you series of questions with taking turns to answer them. The questions are pretty generic and its hard to show much about yourself with what is given.
Panel style, interview with facility senior leadership. They asked fairly generic questions, you could tell they were not really use to that style of interviewing since the majority of leadership that is hired, is promoted from within. There were not looking for the STAR method but that is how I answered most of my questions.
After the initial interview I came back for a final interview where they basically told me I got the job.
