2 NOC Engineers for 'peer review', 1 NOC Supervisor, 1 Manager, 1 Manager from a different team. Each one goes over your experience, mostly how you handle high stress, how race is a factor, how technical you are or are not, and mostly how time management and good your time prioritization is.

If there's an issue how would you handle an issue (e.g. site down, monitoring down, high tense situation)? Tell me a situation where you were in a high stress situation.
