Interview
I applied for CSR, but they called me for a temp position for Lawn and Garden. After a couple months, they review you as an employee and decide to put you at part/full time then.
The interview was extremely easy. I sat down with an assistant manager and he went over the job, how temp jobs worked (what I mentioned), then asked me a single question and had me sign papers. Afterwards, he gave me a tour of the facility and went over what I would be doing.

Interview
Very simple but can be nerve racking because at times it’s done in groups. But other than that you just need to sound confident. it doesn’t really matter if you answer the same as the other person you’re interviewing with as I said,
just sound confident
Group interview and speed questions where it is similar to speed dating. You are given scenarios and you have to communicate how you would solve the issue. Overall it was a relatively easy interview if you have customer service experience.

Interview
Applied online, 3 rounds, first round is with the HR, followed by meeting with the hiring manager and then last one with the sales team member. The process is fairly quick with moving to the next round.
