The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart (Bellefontaine, OH) in Apr 2011
Interview
The interview took place in the Human Resource office in the back of the store, it consisted of a 1:1 interview discussing yourself, skills and your personality as to why they should hire you. I answered scenarios as to how I responded to various problems on previous jobs. I then had a group interview with 4 people and did the same thing as the first interview. Remember to be calm, collective, professional, mature, dress nice and don't be afraid to show that you are a great person worth hiring, a smile goes a long way.

Very well, clean, respectful, kind, caring, very quick and I would recommend to the average teenager who wants a job. Very clean and ethical, professional visual too. An interview process involves screening applications, scheduling interviews, asking role-related questions, evaluating skills and culture fit, checking references, and selecting the best candidate for an offer
