      Interview

First, there's the classic HR interview, which lasts about 20-30 minutes. Then they're scheduled for a lead interview. It was awful. It was obvious that they didn't want to be in that interview at that time. They said a couple of things about themselves and then went straight into asking me loads of questions. Non-stop. They ask a question, Ireply, and then nothing more. Just another question for you straight off, no time to catch your breath. It went on for an hour and there was even no time for me to ask some questions to them. They kept looking over their shoulders during the interview. It was clear they were keen to get out of there as soon as they could. It was a bit of a red flag. I'm glad I didn't get the job, because I would've been too upset to enjoy it.
