Included an initial telephone interview followed by a hiring day which consists of a group discussion as well as a face to face interview. The hiring day was roughly half a day and you got to know the outcome of the interview the next week

After applying for the role of Assistant manager, I received an email confirmation,saying I was short listed. About a week later I recieved a second email asking me to take their assessment which I took online. After I completed the tests, I received an invitation for the interview. I then went to an in-person interview panel.
