I was contacted by a recruiter for an interview for a Project Coordinator position. The interview was a one-on-one and went well, but I was rejected after a three week or so waiting period. Sad, but I understood. A week or so later, I was contacted again saying that I had almost gotten the job, so they passed my resume along to another team who now wants to interview me. This interview was a panel of three. This interview was not as strong, but I do not think it went badly either. I was told I would be required to take a personality test to see if I "fit the company culture". As someone who has a mental disability, I knew immediately that I would not pass this personality test (a problem common among disabled individuals). I received my rejection early the next day. I was told I was the first interview and that it would be a while before I heard back on whether I got the job or not. I attempted to reach the recruiter for any feedback, but they have yet to respond despite the near instant responses I was getting before hand. I am disappointed in this company that I felt had a lot of potential. If I do not qualify, fine but make it clear that is because of my credentials and not the "personality" you assume from your biased tests.
