The "interview process" isn't much that most companies do you get flown into the main office in lowell Arkansas and are told you have the job from the moment you land you do indeed have the job it is from there you will go threw a week long orientation that serves a dual purpose at this point it is your job to lose between time in the office and time at the hotel everything you do or say is watched one wrong answer isn't gonna cost you your job but they want a feel for the employee they are hiring the hotel staff knows why you are there and pay attention to you if your a problem at the hotel that will make it's way back to the office during orientation you will go threw basic skills checks to make sure you can actually do what you said you can the other side is time in the office can also be spent talking to project managers and selling yourself to them as getting work is solely dependent on a pm/tech relationship and established profits that's follow if you know somebody already in the company that is helpful but I did not so I sold myself and worked my butt of to prove it after 4 months you can have a great relationship with your manager after the orientation/shopping yourself out you will either be flown home or given a company truck to drive home you'll be given a set of basic needed tools labtop and phone from there it's up to you
