Was texted by a recruiter to set up a screening call. All communication was professional but through sms messages which was new to me. Had a screening call, and then follow up Teams interview with the hiring manager and someone from another department. Wasnt offered the job, but both the HR screening person and the two virtual interview employees were professional, knew allot about the roles, answered questions fully.
