I was contacted by their HR representative who obtained my information from my school. Their process is relatively selective. I went through an initial HR interview by phone, during which they asked me about myself and my skillset. Then, I was asked to answer a 2-hour codility exam covering algorithms and database design. After that, they scheduled a technical interview at their office with senior engineering staff, where I was quizzed on CS concepts, data structures, algorithms, optimizations. Finally, they scheduled me for a final interview with a C-level executive.
