First was a quick Zoom screening with a recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager and members of the team. Then another round to meet with the founder and another member of the Executive staff.

The interview process was pretty informal. It was conducted by a third party, who did not know much about the organization. This made sense because according to the interviewer, the organization was recently expanding , so they outsourced the initial round of interviews
