High preference to MBA's from Tier-1 colleges 5. Good learning curve 6. Good work environment 7. High salary for freshers and low work-ex MBA's 8. High responsiblilities Cons 1. Less place to sit, 200 people in one floor 2. Lack of amenities like food, travel Advice to Management Please give more importance to intellect and talent over loyal employees who have joined in the start and giving them senior roles
