First round - Teams call with the Head of Buying & HR. 2nd Round - In person interview with the same people, had to prepare an excel report task with analysis. I found that the interviews were "informal" and conversational however I found it odd that there was no structure to get the best answers from me. The interview in person felt awkward and frosty, they kept saying "its like a family here"... Did not receive detailed feedback.
