conversational, friendly interview. asked about past experiences, understanding the type of team dynamics i previously worked within. had a take home activity & presentation for how i’d improve their software/idea for a new feature. this was based on some data shared.
Initial relatively casual chat with team lead, covering general topics like info about the company and why I applied.
Next stage was a pair programming interview with two engineers - reasonable task (not leetcodey).
I did not pass this stage but was mostly disappointed that they didn't provide any feedback from a technical stage.

While I wasn’t successful in getting the role, the recruiter and the hiring team were great. They moved my application along and gave feedback promptly.
The company and the role sound extremely attractive and would definitely re-apply.
