Initial relatively casual chat with team lead, covering general topics like info about the company and why I applied.
Next stage was a pair programming interview with two engineers - reasonable task (not leetcodey).
I did not pass this stage but was mostly disappointed that they didn't provide any feedback from a technical stage.

Interview
Received an initial call to talk with HR manager. After that, I was sent a take-home assignment. After that, I was interviewed by two of the engineers, and was asked a few technical questions on the call. Received an offer 1-2 days after that.
