Went through an agency. Pretty rigorous process and met with several of their team through the vetting process. All in all, I learned a lot about the organization's culture and the needs of the organization.

Interview
There were two interviews. It was unclear if the interviews were for different members of the teams to get to know me, or because there were two positions open in slightly different roles. They asked me about my interests and career goals as well as my work habits. They were friendly and the interviews were well facilitated and organized. I got timely responses and appreciated that the team members were genuine and open to my questions too.

The process was lengthy and very drawn out. Multiple people asked me similar questions. One person just looked at his computer the whole time, read questions and typed notes. He never really looked up at me.
