First round 10-15 min in person. Second round interview with an employee who has only been there a couple months in a similar role.
The role was not as described in the posting. Overall it seemed like a scam. They pretty much pitched... you start in account coordinator role for 2-4 weeks regardless of experience. You then move up to a manager in like 1-2 months after, assistant director in 3-5 months after that and then area director in 6-8 months after that. Area Director was described as "owning your own business."
The company has only been in existence for 9 months... that said it's not a startup as it is a process for the company to constantly incorporate under a new name. The interview said he was incorporating a new name currently and that this company was originally named something else. It was all fishy.
He also said the position was about going to places like costco to sign new clients then work on directv installation agreements... I'd recommend going after a more reputable company. Notice a majority of positive reviews from employees were all posted in the same week window of late November 2018 and early December 2018...
