A challenging experience which was different from MNC interviews. The process tried to understand the strengths and weakness of the interviewee. Questions ranged from basic to rigorous coding. The interviewer was patient and gave enough time to find the solution.

Normal questions on programming:
one round technical with basic programming questions since I was fresher based on Java SQL Unix etc
one HR round following the technical round.
Then got the email for the joining.
