Telephone call interview to discuss the role with you. Then face-to-face interview discussing previous employment, what you know about the company and role, behavioral based interview questions on how you will interact with in different scenarios

Phone interview, followed by in-person interview. Phone interview was very standard, all questions were standard: what you know about the company, your work background, etc. Was invited for a in-person interviewed, but declined as the salary on offer was mediocre (60k package) plus it was too far for me to travel to justify.
