Very practical and on point approach with regards to the whole process of interview that is conducted for the one who applies for the profile that is mentioned. Very well-mannered and systematic levels of the whole process that is followed for the interviews.
Gave interview 3 years back, questions from financial statements were asked. Now, they ask tougher questions i guess. For me it was a test first then 2 interviews happened. Finnacial management questions were also asked in the test.

Interview
Aptitude test followed by one-to-one interview. They will mainly ask finance related questions covering valuation, fundamental analysis and ratio analysis. They will give case study based questions and we have to solve there itself.
